I worked at GS Caltex full-time (More than a year)
Provides a decent pay for employees, nice fringe benefits, and career development opportunities. Nice people who don't want to leave the company.
Not that innovative. Everything seems like being stuck in the status quo. So many people in the upper management, so it's very tough to get promoted to an executive level
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at GS Caltex (Yeosu-dong (South Korea)) in December 2009.
Question was something like "Why does company make profit?", "Why did you apply to our company?" and "What would it be like energy industry after fossil fuel?".
