I worked at GS Yuasa full-time (More than a year)
Keeps you busy either on winding coils or assembly line. You can change positions trough out the production floor. Some OT.
Management could be better. Effort/reward system is not good. It is union shop so pay scale is negotiated and there is no room for rewards.
Advice to Management
Reconfigure pay structure to reflect employee's efficiency since efficiencies are tracked and reported to employees on a weekly basis. Need more awernes and sensitivity towards minorities.
