I applied online. I interviewed at GSK (United Kingdom)

I interviewed for the Clinical Programming & Data Science Future Leaders Program. 1) Fill in application form 2) The World of GSK 3) GSK Life 4) Hackerrank 5) Assessment Center The World of GSK Their version of an online assessment. Mix of numerical, logical, verbal, situational judgment questions. You can't really practice for it except maybe have a look at their values for the Situational Judgement questions. Pretty standard for any other online assessments, although I think other firms may separate out their numerical, verbal, and situational judgment tests, but GSK just combined them all into one. You are given several data sources and asked to rank answers. All online, no video recordings. Takes about 90 minutes. GSK Life A mix of composing emails, ranking answers based on data provided, and video recordings. For the video questions you have 2 minutes prep time and 2-2.5 minutes to answer. For the data questions there was a lot of multiplication of decimals, working with different sample sizes. Don't worry if you are unsure about some of the healthcare-specific terminology, they give you a glossary for the important terms. However it did help to know the vocab beforehand because I didn't have to waste time on reading it. Took about 30-40 minutes. They literally got back to me the day after submitting this with the next step of the application process. Hackerrank Unsure if this was a program-specific stage of the application process, but I also had to fill out a hackerrank. 13 questions, no coding, just logical/statistics/maths questions. Statistics, basic box-and-whisker plot, finding mean/mode/median, probability. Nothing too challenging, you would probably have covered these topics in high school mathematics. Just finished the hackerrank so I'm waiting for the outcome therefore can't comment on the AC.

GSK Life Video Questions 1. If a friend/family member asked you why you applied to this role, what would you say? This questions is more focused on your motivations rather than strengths/skills. (basically just Why this role?) 2. What skills/experience would you bring to this role?
