Salaries a little on the low side. Employees leave to get a higher salary then they come back to GSW to get a raise and make more money.
Advice to Management
Try to retain your loyal hard working employees by treating them right and they won't seek other employment.
I applied online. I interviewed at GSW (Columbus, OH) in April 2017.
The interview took around two and a half hours and everyone was incredibly nice and seemed to genuinely want to get to know me. However, they're very disjointed in their communication and many employees seem to not know what's going on anywhere else. I received three different communications from three different people telling me different things. Eventually, a manager had to step in. I'm not sure exactly what that says about them but it really turned me off.
