    Approves of CEO

I have been working at GTT full-time (Less than a year)

Best management team I've ever worked for - Smart, focused, ethical
    Stable, profitable, deep pockets
Growing like crazy - fanatic focus on growth
Entrepreneurial culture is real - Strong bias toward action and against bureaucracy
Equity opportunity with strong historical stock performance
Tons of opportunity for more growth. Still relatively small in a massive industry.

This is a performance-driven culture. What you did last year doesn't matter. You've got to keep bringing it or you won't last.
You also won't get a lot of hand-holding. GTT is growing too fast for that.

    Advice to Management

    Stay focused.
