This is the best company I have ever worked for, they truly value each and every member of the company. The senior leadership team leads by example the core values of the company. For anyone looking for a career I challenge you to get your resume in. I promise you that if you are selected it will be the best descision you could ever make.

Advice to Management
Leadership by example is what makes this company great, don't ever change your approachibility and genuine concern you show each and every day to the employees.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at GWC Warranty in February 2018.
Disconnected process. Nobody new what the next step was and the timeline was never met. Seemed very disorganized. The personality profile was ridiculous and at an unusual part of the process.
