I worked at GZA GeoEnvironmental full-time (More than 3 years)
Great on the job training that allows entry level staff to learn and grow over time. Good benefits and vacation time.
Individual offices work on very focused types of work, so after a few years your ability to expand knowledge may diminish.
Advice to Management
Allow your staff to travel to different offices to learn more diverse skills.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at GZA GeoEnvironmental.
Long interview process. I met with 5-6 people and answered the same questions. A few technical questions but mostly the questions were about management and ability to work with contractors.
