I worked at GZA GeoEnvironmental full-time (More than 5 years)
Some of the most fun people I've worked with, great 401k match, laid back work atmosphere.
Low pay and not a lot of room for advancement. People like it here and stay a while. This leads to senior position openings being few and far between. Those that do leave typically do for better pay, better opportunities, or both.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at GZA GeoEnvironmental (Houghton, MI) in September 2016.
The first round interview was pretty simple with non-technical questions. I had a phone interview for the second round. The interview committee enquired about courses taken and college work experience.
