    Pros

-Committed to creating new and forward-looking products that are among the very best in the market
-Excellent sales support teams for field sales reps
    -Sophisticated clientele
-Collaborative and friendly team at HQ
    -Excellent learning environment
    -Product development team is second-to-none
    -Great benefits

    Cons

-Large territories for field sales team members means a lot of travel for some territories, they are very up front about this during hiring
-Not many opportunities for advancement from field sales roles
-Executive management largely isolates itself from anyone below mid-management level.
    -Some micromanagement by middle management.

    Advice to Management

Spend more time actively engaging with the people on the ground, in the field, who are actively in front of your customers. The best way to understand why something isn't working is to get in the trenches once in a while to experience it first person.
