Company encourages and reimburse technical certification in Microsoft technologies.
Outdated technologies, Too much work, weekend working, forced to work long hours during weekdays.
Most of the employees are hired from outside UK and are tied to the company due to work permits they can't go else where for a job due to non transferability of work permit and are exploited by the company.
Advice to Management
Management should pay attention to what's happening int the company.
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Gamcom Solutions Limited in March 2012.
the first round was a written test comprising of aptitude and technical questions. The technical questions included questions from C#,asp.net and sql server. The next round was the technical interview with a panel of 3 people. I was asked questions regarding .net fundamentals,c# and asp.net. There were also questions on puzzles. The final round was a video conferencing round with uk people.
