Small design company with desire and vision to grow. Nice work environment. A lot of operational leeway and freedom offered for the business developer advisor role.
Limited by non flexible Japanese business culture and rigid Japanese mentality. Not very practical business decision. Procedures more important than goals.
Advice to Management
Fix the cons. Introduce western top management
