Great cross communication - small company with big (but achievable goals).
Company moved it's office, which forced a lot of good people to leave. There's a lot of new upper management now, who seem to be pushing the company in the right direction.
Advice to Management
Don't forget what Garnet Hill was built from. Their roots are still important to the companies heritage and should be incorporated in their growth strategies.
