It's hard to think of any

Ownership/Management has an inability to listen to employees and make changes for the better. Because of that, employees are forced to work longer hours than necessary to the point of working an illegal number of hours. They use employees as servants and gossip about them, laughing at them as they walk by. Most of the time what they're gossiping about is a mistake made by management that is then being blamed on the employee. This causes a similar action among the employees where everyone is gossiping about everyone else and laughing at each other behind their backs. There is no growth potential. Whatever position you are hired in is the position you will stay in most likely for your duration of employment by them. They don't offer any benefits packages. They claim to offer a healthcare package but it is really just introducing you to an insurance company, they don't help cover costs at all.

    Advice to Management

Hire someone who can do what you can't and step aside.
