    Pros

    Starting wage good but very low pay raises

    Cons

    No bonus in spite of considerable company profit. When government lowered taxes this company did not even consider bonuses. Long wait for more vacation days. Occurrences if you use earned sick days which can get you fired just for being sick.

    Advice to Management

    Share the huge profit with all of your employees

The offer is negotiated with the same corporate HR representative who conducted the phone interview.
