I have been working at GearLaunch full-time (Less than a year)
Smart people doing impactful work in the fast growing area of e-commerce enablement. Everyone has the opportunity to contribute immense value each day as part of a relatively small team. The company is mission-driven, helping merchants maximize their success on the web.
As with many start-ups, we don't have all the resources available to us that larger companies may have. Of course, this is also something that forces us to think critically and get creative.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at GearLaunch (Kansas City, MO) in December 2017.
I was initially interviewed on Skype by the manager in charge of the Customer Service Department. After that interview, I was interviewed on Skype again by the Chief of Staff. The interview process was very informal and easygoing.
