    Pros

Fantastic energy, inspiring mission, great team. Geekdom is changing our city for the better by providing a place where entrepreneurs and innovators can thrive. Every day is another chance to make a difference and that feels great.

    Cons

There is a LOT to do, so you have to be comfortable wearing multiple hats. It can be overwhelming at times.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Geekdom (San Antonio, TX) in September 2014.

    Interview

The interview process for me was quick. I did have previous experience with the decision makers in the process, so my path was certainly less thorough than it is for other candidates.

    Interview Questions

    • Q: If we were to ask a group of people who know you very well and like you what they think of you, what would they tell us? Conversely, what would a group of people who DON'T like you say about you?   Answer Question
