I’ll cut to the chase. I’m an employee at a renowned blockchain startup for 3 years (e.g, Coinbase, Gemini, Alchemy). I have: 20,000 shares Strike price: $1.50 FMV (based on last valuation): $150 (total worth $3M) Since the market is in a downturn, it looks like the secondary market price of our shares is at 70% discount ($45). Company’s revenue went down a bit since our last valuation, but we’re still one of the leaders in what we do. Should I hold on to my shares or sell some?
