I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Gemma Communications (Toronto, ON (Canada)) in November 2015.
The interview was precise and straight to the point. As the job description pertained too customer service, the interviewer quizzed my knowledge regarding customer service, while asking what drives my passion towards customer service and if I would be prepared to develop and grow in the sales and customer service representative industry.
