Big Company, Opportunity to grow, working with large customers and lots of support from others.
Too much change happening in the management area, miscommunication between teams, but if you're strong enough you can work through the changes without letting it affect you.
Advice to Management
I enjoyed my time working for Gen-i it was a really good experience and I learned lots and made great connections.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gen-i Australasia (Auckland (New Zealand)) in September 2012.
Was hired internally, but only one interview, plus CV/Resume check. The interview was mostly soft skilled questions with some technical questions.
Salary negotiation is very difficult as it has to go up through the management chain through multiple people and is quite slow, but I did manage to negotiate a better salary.
