There have been some exciting events in Property Management over the last couple of weeks. Gene B. Glick Company, Inc. was named as 1 of 3 finalists in the Spacemakers category for the 2017 Workspace Innovation Contest. Spaces Indiana recognizes companies for workspace design that is innovative, unique, and reflective of the company’s brand. Finalists are also judged on the space’s ability to enhance productivity and engage employees.
We also had noteworthy success at the Midwest Multifamily Conference Prodigy Awards, taking home awards in 4 categories.

I love working for the Gene B. Glick Company because they truly care about the employees, and the people we serve. There is an environment that allows open, collaborative communication. Everyone is encouraged to create and participate in a positive way. It's not just about doing things "right", but also in doing the "right" things.
The expectations are high, but there are a lot of support and training opportunities available.
Advice to Management
We are truly lucky to have fabulous leaders in this company, but because we have properties spread out in multiple states, clear communication can be a challenge. We need to continue to keep this as a focus.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Gene B. Glick Company (Indianapolis, IN) in April 2017.
Went in for an interview for a marketing position. The building is beautiful and everyone is very nice. Interview lasted about 45 mins and they were typical questions. Heard back from someone in HR for a personality quiz type thing. Didn't end up getting the position but the interview was not bad at all and it seemed like a great place to work from who I met.
