I worked at General Cigar full-time
Very good benefits, 401k. Solid Management Team. Company treats employees with respect, the work is challenging, but can be fun.
Challenging industry. Can be tough at times to manage work/life balance, but that is like any job.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at General Cigar.
Went through a recruiter. In persona interview with several company personal during a couple hours. They asked standard questions. Spent time talking about the position and company. Everyone I talked to seemed very friendly. The position itself seemed to fit the description they gave.
A couple days later the recruiter sent me an offer they made. Unfortunately, I had to decline for personal reasons and nothing to do with the company itself.
Reasons for Declining
They gave a solid offer but personal reasons prevented me from accepting.
