I worked at General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (More than 8 years)
Maintenance need to be improve.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (Lincoln, NE) in October 2015.
Met them at the career fair and was told to apply online for the internship positions . After the career Fair I applied online to their internships and 2 weeks later was called for on onsite group interview at their plant. The interview lasted about one hour and it was with 4 engineers interviewing me at the same time. The interview was really easy, they wanted to know about my experiences and asked questions about my projects and work experiences. Lastly asked me if I had any questions. They said they would get back to me in a week and a half. Sure enough I get a call back from them after the interview and was offered the position. I ended up declining the offer because I had better offers. PS they do not give you much time to decide if you want to accept the offer. They game me one day to decide.
Reasons for Declining
I declined because I had other offers that were better.
