    Pros

This is an amazing company. Supervisor's are willing train you an push you to try new things. They want you to succeed at your job and move up the ranks.

    Cons

You do have to work your way up the pay scale. The insurance rates are high.

    Advice to Management

Stop hiring just anyone and everyone that comes in off the street. All of the executives are very nice, maybe take a day at PP and see what goes on there.

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at General Information Services (Dallas, TX) in April 2015.

    Interview

Had an interview with the staffing agency, then I had an interview with a member of management, then had a sit-down with a team lead. The interview process took less than 15 minutes. The background check took the longest and I almost took a different job because it took so long.
