I worked at General Revenue full-time

    Pros

    Great, family-like atmosphere,
    Bonus Structure
Lots of extras including great benefits, and internal incentives
    Promotion happens within

    Cons

Located in an area where there's too many other competitors with better base pay and does not pay high enough bonuses to make up for the smaller base pay

    Advice to Management

If possible, increase base pay. GRC is a great company. HR and Management are willing to work with employees, but the base pay simply is not competitive

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at General Revenue (Mason, OH).

    Interview

Very laid back interview, since dress code is VERY LENIENT the supervisor who interviewed me had jeans with painted handprints and a tshirt.. initially surprised me, but they will take you to the collections floor after a short interview and let you sit with someone while they work and show you exactly how it works.. from there, they called me back in before I left the parking lot to fill out some more paperwork and let me know I had the job.
