Each carefully selected candidate is partnered with a Genesis certified instructor and a mentor to insure that the learning experience is as focused and as broad as it needs to be. To insure our employees’ success on the job, mentorship support for program graduates continues for the first two years they are in a new leadership position.

Where We Work:

undefined

At Genesis Rehab Services, our therapists and assistants provide specialized rehabilitation services to the older adult population in a variety of settings. You can find our specialty services in:

Skilled Nursing Facilities/ Long Term Care Centers

GRS provides comprehensive rehabilitation services to both short-term stay and long-term residents of skilled nursing facilities to improve function, enhance quality of life, and maximize independence in preparation for return to home or re-engagement into the long-term care community.

Assisted Living Facilities

GRS uses home health care and outpatient care delivery models to work with residents of assisted living communities, allowing for optimal independence and the ability to remain at this level of care for as long as possible.

Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs)

Spanning the full continuum of care from independent living to assisted living to skilled nursing care, GRS therapists and assistants insure that residents receive the appropriate levels of care based on their clinical needs throughout the aging process.

Transitional Care Units and Hospital-Based Care

GRS provides comprehensive rehabilitation services in hospital-based transitional care and acute care units with a focus on returning patients to home and community activities.

Rehab Services at Home:Whether partnering with a certified Home Health agency or providing outpatient rehabilitation under Vitality to You, we provide comprehensive rehabilitation services across the post-acute care continuum that focuses on a return to independent living and community reintegration.

About Vitality to You:

Offered through Genesis Rehab Services, Vitality to You (V2U) brings outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy services directly to patients in their homes and in the community.

V2U is ideal for patients who have been discharged from an acute–care setting or skilled nursing facility, but who still need to continue medically–necessary PT, OT, and/or speech therapy services. V2U is also ideal for patients who are having pain or experiencing dysfunction and receive a therapy referral from their physician.

Vitality to You removes barriers patients face in receiving outpatient rehabilitation therapy services. For example, patients may be reluctant to drive to a clinic or may lack reliable transportation. Instead of traveling to a clinic, patients can receive medically–necessary rehabilitation services in the comfort and privacy of their own home or in the community.

Fast and efficient process. Entire interview and briefing took less than an 45 mins. Was offered the job on the spot! HR personnel and nurse that interviewed me were nice and professional. Pay is lower than expected but it's still better than nothing!
