-The application was not like others I have filled out. The format was user-friendly and the questions were meaningful and thought-provoking (not just fill in the information that you already have on your resume). -The job posting is spot on! Everything stated is true and not exaggerated. -The interview process had 3 steps which were clearly explained from the start. -Excellent communication and follow up from the hiring team. They kept to their timelines and responded to emails/questions without delay. No ghosting! No waiting weeks or months to hear back. -Onboarding is well-organized and thorough. You are set up for success from Day 1. -EVERYONE is welcoming, supportive and passionate about the mission and driven by the positive culture. The founders, the leadership team, and all the employees are invested in the success of the team and the company.

I was contacted a few weeks after I applied to set up a Zoom interview with 3 team members. Afterward, I was asked to do a project related to the position and then a second video interview with the founders of the company.InterviewRelatively standard interview questions with a focus on skills and culture. Making sure candidates are the right culture fit is very important at GeniusVets.
