About Genoa, a QoL Healthcare Company

Genoa has been serving the behavioral health and addiction treatment community for over 15 years. The company provides pharmacy and telepsychiatry services to more than 500,000 individuals annually in 43 states and the District of Columbia. Genoa’s 310 pharmacies fill more than 10 million prescriptions annually.

Although Genoa specializes in serving behavioral health consumers, we are a full-service pharmacy. This means we take care of all the medication needs of our consumers, including prescriptions written by psychiatrists, primary care providers, or other specialty prescribers.

Genoa remains flexible to the many behavioral health and primary care delivery models across the country and developed services within our pharmacies to meet the needs of those specific models. None of our service models or pharmacies are the same.     I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Genoa (Phoenix, AZ) in July 2017.

    Interview

    Applied on-line and received call from a recruiter. She was great and set up an interview right away. Comfortable interview with CMC supervisor and pharmacy manager - I enjoyed meeting with them. Everyone was very professional and friendly. An offer was made within a day or two of the interview.

    Reasons for Declining

    I received an unexpected call from another agency for employment that better fit my schedule. (I didn't apply for the position - the director contacted me.) I would have otherwise joined Genoa-QOL.
