I have been working at Genpact full-time (More than 10 years)
I've been with Genpact for 10+ years as part of the sales team. The same characteristics that brought me to Genpact are the same characteristics that I observe every day. The front end team has a great deal of flexibility and authority to work with clients and our delivery teams to shape solutions, both operationally and commercially. The organization can move with great speed, which I hear from clients is a differentiator compared to others in our industry. As we have a global delivery model, some new employees take longer than others to get accustomed to working with colleagues from all over the globe. Once you become familiar with working with the diverse team and the work hours to accommodate various time zones, it becomes a normal day in the life, so to speak.

Applied on Indeed.com quick apply. Received a phone call and initial phone screen. Invited into office for group panel interview. Signed non disclosure agreement upon arrival. Everyone was hired except 1 person out of a group of 40
