Great Benefits, wonderful environment and pay.

They can hire/fire in big waves - you may see 30 new hires one year, then 40 fired or let go the next.

    Advice to Management

Be more transparent - utilize annual review process better and provide better ways to help with struggling supervisor-employee relationships

    Easy Interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Genus plc (Hendersonville, TN) in April 2016.

    1. Recruiter Contact, 2. Phone Screen with Recruiter, 3. Skills interview with Director, 4. On-Site Day 1 (three 1:1 with HR, Finance, Strategy), 5. On-Site Day 2 (four 1:1 interviews with Supply Chain, HR, Product Development, Finance), 6. Offer

Company was extremely motivated to find the right skills and cultural fit from the get-go. Very transparent throughout interview process and maintained communication well. Did a great job of making me feel wanted and selling PIC (Pig Improvement Company) as an employer. Interviewers were friendly, sharp, and open to questions. Format of interviews is more discussion than strict question/answer.
