Pros
I love walking into work knowing that I'm going to learn something new that day, being in an environment where everyone wants to grow and learn more is the best way to succeed. In the short time that I have been here, I have developed so many skills which I never thought I would, it's exciting and I just want to keep on learning. Other than that, the work ethic the management has set in the business is incredible and it really pushes you to work even harder.
Cons
Just be prepared to juggle many different tasks at once, wouldn't say it's a con for everyone but some people do struggle to multi-task.
