I have been working at George Washington University full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The engineering school has an excellent new imaging and clean room facility. There are lots of opportunities for funded research.

    Cons

The physics department has been restructuring its undergraduate curriculum which has lead to inconsistencies in teaching.

    Advice to Management

Aim to create a more consistent learning experience for your students as different professors teach the same course.
