I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Georgia Farm Bureau Insurance (Macon, GA) in May 2012.
You will meet with a supervisor that will ask you about your previous insurance experience and skill sets. They will ask you about any strength or weakness you feel will affect your job. They give a description of the duties that come with the position.
