Experience in professional sports. Employees get a desk and a computer. There's a break room with a microwave and refrigerator in which to store your lunch. The floors are carpeted, and the office has multiple bathrooms.

No job security. No benefits. Very little employee training or outlining of expectations. Management changes happen so frequently that there's very little consistency among leadership. Team doesn't appear to have concrete financial backing. Workplace culture can be hostile and negative due to pressures placed on employees by ownership.

    Advice to Management

With ownership in its current state, I'm worried there's little management can do to help.
