I worked at Georgia Southern University part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Georgia Southern University gave me a great learning experience in the technology field while I worked there for 2 years.

    Cons

A lot of the workers get into cliques, and you can feel a little distant from other workers if you don't think or act like them.

    Advice to Management

Try and keep the focus more on work than on socialization
