Great working atmosphere. Casual but challenging. Great place to start off your career with available engineers who have been in the work force for 20+ years on average.
Management seems to be up in the clouds.
Advice to Management
Hire Mid-level employees to fill the gap. Compensate appropriately to hold onto younger employees.

In the course of job hunting for a month, and talking to dozen of people, this was the the worst conversation I have had so far. Talent Acquisition person was rude and condescending, which is a red flag if you are trying to get a sense for company's culture. If they show your so much disregard at that first interaction, why would anyone want to continue with the process?
