...No time off, No leave, Horrible pay compared to any other place of work for the same job, you get multiple promotions with more responsibilities but no extra pay, Most importantly since the company controls the Union( the ones who “fight” for you and your pay lol) Since you didn’t start working there 5 years ago you don’t get 15$ an hour you get 11.75$...
