Pros
The GigSmart team was great to work with. On the sales side of things everyone is there to help you and help you sharpen your skills. Also being able to have input on the product on a bi-weekly basis was great.
Cons
Some may say goals are unattainable. I felt you just have to work harder and ask for more help. The ones who don't hit goals don't ask for help.

Interview
Was found by a recruiter and Interviewed with CEO Rich. Very casual interview, not a lot of questions about specific experiences. After interviewing with Rich he said I would be moving on to the next round and they would be calling to schedule the next interview shortly. When I hadn’t heard from them in almost a week, I reached out. I was told they were moving forward with a different candidate.
Red flag for anyone contemplating interviewing with gigsmart. Seems like a company that over promises and under delivers to employees.InterviewWhy do you want to work at Gigsmart?
