    Pros

Present in many markets across the country. Employees have the option to work in multiple market sectors

    Cons

Company lost some of its family owned vibe, when it put a non-family member at the helm.

    Advice to Management

Make every effort to maintain the family vibe, as you grow through acquisition

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Gilbane in September 2017.

    Interview

Received invitation to visit the regional office and meet the regional team who introduce some of the key elements of Gilbane and couple projects. After visiting the projects and getting to know the team I was then invited to have lunch and join the crew to further bond.

    Interview Questions

    • I did not receive any questions, but the case scenario for the office was on an observational case.   1 Answer
