This company is both ethical and aggressive in its industry. Its management is knowledgeable and takes great pride in cultivating the talent within the organization, whether or not advancement is possible. Lines of communication are strong, HR is fair and helpful, and the company, in general, is a great place to work. Good pay, good 401k matching and exciting outlook.
The insurance and other employee benefits have not been stellar, however, with the recent acquisition of a much larger company, those benefits are expected to improve. Other than this, I can't think of many complaints I have about GCA. I go to work happy every day.

Improve the benefits and invest more in retention and corporate culture.
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Global Cash Access (Las Vegas, NV) in September 2014.
Multiple interviewers, met with hiring manager and also the team of coworkers in separate sessions. Interviewers were friendly and seemed interested, but the interviews were on the long side, and could have been shorter. Paperwork process was difficult as it required duplicate information to be submitted between the resume and the online application. Responses were also slow.
