    Pros

    + Excellent, emerging and globally recognized products to work on.
    + Talented team of engineers who help you regardless of their work load.
    + Self learning is the key to grow as there is no training program.
    + Highly experienced and skillful Technical leads.
    + Monthly salary is credited on time.
    + Cost of living is relatively less.
    + Free parking.
    + Hygienic Canteen.

    Cons

    - Toxic work environment.
    - 3 years Bond for freshers and 3 Months Notice period for all.
    - No single employee benefiting policy.
    - 8.5 hours wing time leads you spend 10+ hours in workplace.
    - No Overtime or Comp Offs.
    - No standard industrial process(Product Development Lifecycle) followed leading to poor Work-Life balance.
    - Underpaid Engineers.
    - Favouritism while paying Variable Pay component of CTC. Meaningless Performance Appraisal meetings.
    - Poor designation hierarchy for development team.
    - Favouritism and Nepotism in every department and process, from recruitment to promotions.
    - Mr. India CEO who never appears to address and motivate the team.
    - Failure of management to retain quality engineers
    - Outdated marketing and analysis tools used.
    - Biased policies & recognition system.
    - Zero efforts from management towards improvement of work environment.

    - Stop playing with lives of skilled engineers.
    - Scrap your legacy policies and start migrating to modern work culture.
    - Keep your EMPLOYEES happy. They know how to take care of your customers and clients.

    1st round was technical + quants apti written test not online 2nd round was technical dynamic memory allocation question then 3rd Round was hr held at udupi i was not selected in 1st round my friends got selected out of 160 they hired 2 from our college
