    I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Global Employment Solutions (New York, NY) in July 2015.


    Initially the interview process was great, but then the lack of communication became clear. I applied online and received an email within a few days asking when I was available to come in for an interview. Once there, I met with both a current recruiter and the director and got a good explanation of the company and the position. I was then asked back for a second interview with the Vice President of the company, which went really well and I met the team that I would potentially be working with. I was told that I would be hearing from them shortly about their decision. Now, well after a few days later, I have had various email and phone interactions with numerous people relaying their interest in my but have yet to get a finite answer as to the status of my position do to various reasons each time. Overall, they seem somewhat unorganized and could use some improvement.
