Very employee oriented workplace. Company tries to show appreciation to it employees
Too much micromanagement and environment changes too much
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Global Payments (Plano, TX) in June 2017.
The job requirement sounded they need a hands on manager. I am both hands on as well people manager. Seems like the guy who called for phone interview is very insecure and said this role is fully management. This is after listening to all my achievements. After a successful interview gave false hope and said will call for face to face interview. Finally haven't even called for face to face interview, gave the offer to some one else.
