I worked at Global Technical Talent full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The team at this recruiting agency has been very proactive in finding good fits for me and my skill set. Everyone is cheerful and positive about next steps, and making sure they're matching the best jobs for my profile. They took strong initiative in getting me placed, and was substantial in getting me my job in no time flat (about 2 weeks). Other recruiting companies had wasted my time taking 2-3 months. I definitely recommend Global Technical Talent for recruiting services. 5-stars-nothing less.

    Cons

The CEO is out spoken; however, if you keep it professional and don't take it personal you will get along just fine.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing! Some people are hurt by the truth but need to hear it in order to become a master at their skill set.

    Interview

Very friendly and outgoing team. After a quick phone interview I was asked to come in person which I really liked. When a recruiter wants to meet you in person before matching you up with your dream job shows that they care.
