Mission: We connect innovative people across the globe to make amazing products.
I have been working at GlobalLogic full-time (Less than a year)
The HQ office is very dynamic, and has a lot of interesting people. It mostly consists of the exec team, sales and the support teams, so you get to interact with the c-levels all the time. The CEO is very friendly and approachable, the whole executive team is really great. The Head of Legal really stands out – she is very friendly, nice to everyone around her, and often brings candy or cupcakes to the office. She works really long hours, but she is great role model for people who get to work with her, especially women. Our CRO is great, he works very hard and flies a lot, but dedicates a lot of time to our team, and provides a lot of support when you ask for it. It isn't your typical Silicon Valley culture, but still people are friendly.
The environment is really political. It's a small office and rumors spread fast. HR has a closed door policy, they don't even respond to emails. There is free lunch, but it’s almost always really unhealthy, and lacks vegetarian options - so no real perk here either.
Advice to Management
Get better lunches, especially for vegeterians. Hire more people for the support functions. Other than that - good job
I applied online. I interviewed at GlobalLogic.
HR called me and was decent and nice. Although can't say the same about the guy who interviewed me. Rude and arrogant from the beginning. Asking me questions which do not even relate to my experience. I would suggest he first read my Resume and then ask me question. Would never work for company like this.
