Aflac, Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Co., Combined Insurance
I have been working at Globe Life Liberty National Division full-time (More than a year)
You can move up without a doubt and can make tons of money.
You have to face many challenges if tpu are not ready then this job isn't for you.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division.
The company wants as many agents as possible because that’s how they make money, so as long as you are at least a halfway competent person, you’ll get the job. It’s a two-phase interview. The first phase consists of normal interview procedures such as telling a little about yourself, work history, and answering basic questions. I interviewed with the Agency Director, and she was very laidback. If selected for the second phase, you basically have the job. The second phase is where they try to sell you on the job. You sit through a presentation that explains how you will be paid, average income per position, company events, and opportunities for advancement.
