Sometimes on-call commitments can challenge the field staff. Efforts to improve on-call obligations and reach an acceptable work/life balance have been much improved in the last few years.
Advice to Management
Continue the internal improvement initiatives. The senior management has been diligent in their efforts to listen to suggestions from technicians and implement solutions to their challenges. Senior management's commitment to continually improving field processes has not gone unnoticed.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Glory Global Solutions (Dallas, TX) in June 2017.
The timing was good for each of the three phone calls I had. However I ultimately felt as though they were doing nothing but fishing about how my current company does things.
