    - Recruiter reaches out via Linkedin and then they ghost you.

    Sincerely, stop with the nonsense. It's extremely unprofessional to start reaching out only to ghost people when they request any additional updates, for the sake of scheduling and obviously interest in the role. Start being accountable for that instead of resorting to never reaching out again. It's annoying.
