    Everyone is biased, whether they know it or not. The not-knowing-it part is called unconscious bias, and if left unchecked, it can wreak havoc on an organization. In an interview with the New York Times, GoDaddy's leadership says that is has come to terms with this reality.

    I have been working at GoDaddy full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Awesome People that are always willing to help
    Great Benefits for those that use them
    Good Culture for those that follow it

    Cons

    Actively discriminate against long time employees disallowing them from joining any new leadership groups
    If you come in from external you're usually paid almost double from what's existing

    Advice to Management

    Try to be fair to all years of service
    Don't keep creating exclusionary groups that require people to "be employee less than 4 years"
    When we find out the truth it makes us want to leave before we've been here 4 years

    Brief phone interview, and one hour face-to-face interview. I was asked basic technical questions, Sales and Customer Service questions. The interviewer was kind and professional. I enjoyed the tour of the facility as well as the interview.
