Awesome work environment, great benefits, lots of opportunities, good and affordable caffeteria.
Dealing with problem customers, hard to start with a shift at normal business hours.
Advice to Management
On the floor, some supes have celebratory callouts so we have to mute our phones. I don't know if everyone else loves these or something, but I find it incredibly annoying every time I have to mute my phone mid-sentence. Also, I feel like those of us on the phones should be allowed to hang up when customers begin to become disrespectful and makes us feel uncomfortable:

Brief technical phone interview, more about myself and the company than the actual questions. My interviewer was very transparent with the process, told me what to expect and was forthcoming with information about the team that I was applying to.
