I have been working at GoHealth full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

In the corporate office, the structure is relatively flat for a company our this size so there are lots of opportunities for employees at all levels to have a large impact to the bottom line and overall success of the company. You also have an opportunity to work with some insanely bright and talented coworkers who are good at their craft, but also great teammates and business partners when collaborating on projects.

    Cons

It's a diverse company with a number of different business units and streams of revenue that can at times seem separated from a communications and engagement standpoint.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GoHealth (Chicago, IL) in June 2018.

    Interview

The entire process took about 3 weeks. I applied online, and got a quick response from recruiting. I then had a follow up call with members on the team to discuss my background. The 3rd interview was in person and sat with the entire support team. They were great to talk to and weren't throwing any 'gotcha' questions. The final interview was with the SVP of Engineering. Again, very easy to talk with and just wanted to better understand my background and what I could bring to the team.
