Employees are given opportunities to grow. It is impossible to get bored at this job, but time isn't wasted on worthless things. The environment is extremely fun and I am surrounded by smart people who keep me engaged and constantly learning.
The company is growing quickly and the market is changing rapidly. Increased communication about company strategy and market dynamics could be valuable for all employees.
Advice to Management
Don't forget that we are no longer a company of 10 people. It is important to over-communicate as you grow so everyone feels aligned and can make the right decisions on a daily basis.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GoHealth (Chicago, IL) in January 2018.
Applied online and did a phone screen with the HR rep who was eager to schedule an interview for as quickly as possible with the hiring manager. Had a phone interview with the hiring manager and a team member a few days later. The manager seemed very disengaged, didn't reply to questions etc. It was clear he wasn't listening to the call at all after his brief introduction in the first 2 minutes. Call was mostly technical which could be why the hiring manager was silent as I don't think he had a technical background. At the end of the call I was told I would hear about next steps by the end of the week however HR and Hiring Manager ghosted. Overall a very unprofessional organization.
