I worked at Golden Corral part-time
The best reasons to work at Golden Corral is because they are more like a family to there employees, they really strive to make the best work enviorment for the staff and income guest.
Some of the down sides of working at Golden Corral is, not many guest coming in know you only make tips and most of the time that leads you with only 2.40 an hour and working all day and not always makeing tips makes you feel awful . I also noticed a lot of the managers and cooks don't care about how the bars or the food on them looks, which makes you as a server look bad .
Advice to Management
My advice to mangament would be to hire better cooks who care about how the food looks and increase the pay for servers a lot of them live off of that only income.
I WORK AT CECIL PICARD ELEM SCHOOL.I AM A COOK.I HAVE BEEN EMPLOYED FOR 8 YEARS.I ENJOY COOKING FOR THE CHILDREN.COOK MAIN DISH,BAKE,VEGETABLES,BREAKFAST.we also wash pan,pot,dishes and also mop at the end of the shift
