    Golden Corral has always done what they said they would do. As long as your willing to put in the work it will not go un-noticed. I started out as an hourly manager and I have worked my way up to a Franchisee. I never thought in a million years I would own my own restaurant one day. Golden Corral made a dream come true I didn’t even have. They helped me achieve more then what was on my radar. Plus their a company that puts God first.


    It’s hard work, but anything good is going to be hard. This world isn’t going to hand you anything.

    Advice to Management

    I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Golden Corral (Hesperia, CA) in March 2018.


    It was great. I traveled to their new location which was being remodel for the new concept. We had a great sit down and got to meet the new management for that location. Be sat down and talked about my pass work history and what i have done to better the work place then and what can i bring to the table at their location.
