"To be the leader in the family restaurant segment by making pleasurable dining affordable for every guest, at every restaurant, every day."
The best is what we're all about.
Maybe that’s why Golden Corral is consistently voted #1 in grill-buffet segment by Nation’s Restaurant News. Of course, that’s a direct tribute to the men and women who work here, pooling their resources and talents to create an affordable dining experience for families across America.
Whether you're directly serving a customer or helping those who do, you'll find this is not your ordinary restaurant opportunity. Yes, we work hard, but there's a lot of fun and energy throughout all of our restaurants. Individuals who take great pride in a job well done and ensuring our guests receive only the best.
So, we look for people with talent, commitment and passion to do what they do best — serve our guests or support those who do. And in return, we provide the recipe for a successful future.
At Golden Corral, we value the diversity of our employees, franchises, guests and suppliers by respecting the individual through communicating and providing a meaningful, inclusive environment where everyone has an equal opportunity to be successful and productive.
Looking back over the past 40 years of our Company's history, we are proud to say that we have the best concept, with the best operators who have led us to be best in class in everything we do. Our future at Golden Corral depends upon continuing to build our team with innovative, creative individuals who are as passionate about our business as we are.
Making diversity work at Golden Corral is an evolving process, one that challenges us all to be the very best. We must encourage and be supportive of one another. We must hold each other responsible for challenging our thoughts and behavior where it does not encourage the best in others. Achieving our vision for diversity is not something one person can do alone. We must work hard, and we must work hard together. There are truly no limits to your potential with Golden Corral.

Staffing can be a challenge
Advice to Management
Leadership was great.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Golden Corral (Baton Rouge, LA) in June 2016.
Very easy, not hard. They were simple common questions. Easy environment with pleasant people. Asked how did I enjoy my last job, and why I was looking to leave the last job. When can I leave for training
