I have been working at Golden State Warriors part-time
top of the line organization
No cons at all, It has been elite since day one
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Golden State Warriors (Oakland, CA).
Overall, the frequency and quality of communication throughout the process was poor. The excuse of the Warriors being "in-season" was often provided, which I found puzzling. (I am not sure why basketball games being played influences an HR person's ability to email a candidate?)
Had a mundane phone screen with a human resources staff member. The person was not engaged and questions were obviously off a checklist. This person had no interest in attempting to understand the answers and just wanted to ask what was on their list.
On-site interviews were average. I could sense an interdepartmental tension that existed. There wasn't sufficient time allotted for most interviews and therefore were rushed.
